- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- 2 large strawberries
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 teaspoons protein powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Steps
- Put all ingredients into blender
- Put blender on purée
- Mix until ingredients are mixed together and have a smooth texture

- Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- Honey, optional
- Cinnamon, optional
- Steps
- Put 1/4 plain Greek yogurt layer into both cups
- Add a layer of berries and repeat until both cups are full
- (Optional) put honey and cinnamon on top

- Cooling Rack
- Large Bowl
- Fork (for mashing bananas)
- Mixing spoon or mixture
- Knife (chopping nuts)
- Parchment paper
- Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed until smooth & creamy)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp butter flavor extract (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (your favorite)
- 1/4 cup carob or chocolate chips (optional)
- Steps
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees
- In a large bowl mix the mashed bananas and peanut butter together until they are completely combined
- Add applesauce, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, and butter flavor extract to the mixture; mix until completely combined
- Add oatmeal and nuts to mixture
- Add carob or chocolate chips to mixture (optional)
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes
- Put dough by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
- Flatten cookies into circles and put into preheated oven for 20-30 minutes
- Remove from oven when the cookies are golden brown and let the cookies sit for 5 minutes
- Put cookies on cooling rack
- Once they have cooled off to your likings, they are ready to eat!
