- Banana (cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks)
- Granola or trail mix
- Peanut butter
- Steps
- Cut the banana
- Spread about a 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each piece and set aside
- Put the granola or trail mix into a small bowl
- Dip it into the granola or trail mix

- 9x13 inch baking pan
- Food processor
- Ingredients
- 1 cup of quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup of bran cereal
- 1/4 cup of whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup of walnut pieces
- 1 1/2 cups of coarsely chopped stemmed dried figs
- 1/2 cup of nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 large eggs
- Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and cover the 9x13 inch baking ban with the cooking spray
- Put the dry ingredients into a food processor and coarsely chop
- Add the honey and the eggs and mix together until they are throughly combined
- Move this mixture to the pan and spread it out evenly
- Bake until it is lightly brown on the edges (about 20 minutes)
- After, take it out of the oven and let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes
- Cut into 16 bars
- Put in an airtight container to keep them fresh

- Parchment paper
- Large baking sheet
- 2 bowls
- Ingredients
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of non-fat Greek Yogurt
- Steps
- Put the blueberries and the Greek Yogurt into 2 different bowls
- Put a piece of parchment paper onto a large baking sheet
- Drop each blueberry individually into the yogurt with a spoon
- Cover everyone completely with yogurt and place onto the the parchment paper
- Freeze for an hour or more and enjoy!
